TruNarrative, a worldwide provider of financial crime solutions, has moved into new Leeds headquarters which are triple the size of its previous premises and plans to create over 20 new jobs as it prepares for further expansion overseas.
The Yorkshire company was founded in 2016 with the aim of helping businesses to grow while also protecting them against financial crime.
Underpinned by a decision engine, machine learning and API (application programming interface) management, TruNarrative’s financial crime platform combines electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC), ID verification with fraud detection.
With clients in sectors such as banking, lending and online gambling, the company operates across Europe and Asia. As well as having offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and New York, TruNarrative’s global identity verification solution has already expanded to cover 44 countries.
The company’s new headquarters on Vicar Lane in Leeds enable the company to grow with over 20 new jobs expected at it prepares for further expansion having seen a tenfold increase in customer sign-ups.
TruNarrative has already established a number of partnerships including agreements with Cifas, CreditSafe, Equifax, Comply Advantage and HelloSoda. It also offers around 25 third-party apps in its App Store, all of which are able to be configured through the platform.
TruNarrative formed a partnership with Credit Bureau Malaysia in 2017 to drive its approach to global fraud prevention and support its further expansion into Asia. This year, it will be progressing additional strategic partnerships.
